Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium radio show where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else.
and is decades ahead of what's out there now.
As I've always said, who has 10 years, 20 years, 30 years to wait for answers
while they're not feeling good and they're sick and they have illnesses?
Life is precious, and we have no time to spare, no time to waste.
So let's start the show, and let's start the healing now.
Today's show is about why you're not losing weight.
Around the world, people are struggling to lose weight.
Their dieting, exercise, supplements, you know, all of those different things that we try to get the weight off, but it's just not enough.
Today we're going to talk about why this is happening to you and what we can do to fix it.
So, yeah, so a little bit about me for those that maybe aren't familiar about me or how I got my gift.
It started at age four hearing a voice perfectly clear.
that told me what is going on in people's health, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
And so it helped me actually diagnose my grandmother of stage four lung cancer.
And the results showcase that she really had that shortly after.
Since then, I've been helping tens of thousands of people regain their health and vitality,
getting them the answers they need through spirit, through hearing this voice with perfect clarity
so that people can move forward with their lives.
So let's talk about the weight.
Talk about why we're not losing weight.
Let's go into that right now.
You know, it's really interesting.
It's not just about eating right anymore and exercising.
You know, if that was the case, so many of us wouldn't struggle with this.
I mean, how many people are experiencing the whole thing where they're eating as good as they can, they're dieting, and they're exercising, and still not losing weight?
But yet, what about the person who isn't exercising, who's thin?
What about the person who's not watching what they're eating?
They're eating anything.
They're eating meatballs.
They're eating raviolis.
They're eating pizza.
They're eating chocolate cake.
They're having the fattiest dressings on their salads, if they even eat a salad.
And they're eating in a danishes and whatever.
And what about those people?
But they're still thin, and they're not even really exercising, or if at all.
That's a whole other thing.
But there's so many people that do all the right things or are trying to do the right things,
and it's not coming off. And look, and there are people that lose 30 pounds or 50 pounds
and it all starts coming off, right? I don't know if anybody has seen this before or experienced
this before. They're losing weight, weight's dropping, and then they plateau. That plateau,
that evil plateau that we run into when we're trying to lose that weight.
and then the plateau breaks, but it doesn't break in the right direction.
The plateau doesn't break where you're losing more weight.
Nothing's changed in what you're eating.
Nothing's changed in your exercise regimen.
Nothing's altered in your schedule and how you're taking care of yourself.
But now the plateau breaks in the wrong direction
and you're moving up with your weight again.
You already lost 30, 40, 50 pounds.
Say it's just 10 pounds for certain people.
And now you're climbing up back where you get that 10 pounds back or that 20 pounds back.
Or, you know, and then there's people that really suffer and they really have weight coming on and coming on.
And it becomes this cascade, you know, this endless weight gaining cascade.
And it makes life so difficult.
And it's such a struggle.
It's a real, real challenge in someone's life.
So we have all these different variations of, you know, what happens, you know, with the weight and how we're losing weight, how we're gaining weight.
And so, and look, there's a lot of fads.
There's a lot of trends out there.
You know, go on the no-carb diet, whatever, right, no carbs.
You know, make sure you get no cakes, cookies, donuts, no bread, no anything.
and you just try to eat as best you can and do the lean proteins and do your salads and vegetables.
Now, I've seen that actually work for some people.
I've seen some people just all of a sudden, they leave their McDonald's diet or they leave their fast food diet,
and they say, you know what?
I'm tired of having this weight on me for so long.
Let's just, you know, let me do this thing where I keep out all the bad stuff.
I'm going to keep out the bread.
I'm going to keep out the cookies.
I'm not going to eat those cookies at work.
And all of a sudden, they start losing weight.
And that starts coming off.
But that's really hard to also kind of keep going, too, because if you stay no carb forever,
you have no sugars going in the body, no healthy sugars going in the body is what I mean.
Then we kind of also can crash because we run on sugar.
you know, our blood, blood sugar, glucose gets us so we can think, gets us, it makes it so we can
get up in the morning. It makes it so we can take a shower. That's all on blood sugar. That's all on
glucose. So there's only so far some of us can go with the no carb thing to lose the weight before
binging happens and that deficit occurs and you need something to keep your blood sugar going.
And we're going to go in depth a little bit more on that. I've seen people do the no carb thing,
you know, and they lose all this weight, but then they start crashing, exercising hard,
they start crashing. There's got to be other ways of doing it. And then the weight comes back up.
There's got to be other ways of doing this.
And there's people that never exercise before they start exercising,
and they start losing weight.
And then there's also other differences too.
There's so many of them, and we're going to cover all these.
So what's the real issues behind the weight game?
Because really it becomes a game, and it's a full-time job too.
It really is.
If you're not on it, you lose.
If you're not in the game, you lose.
If you're someone struggling, chronically struggling with this weight issue all the time.
So is it just because you're eating bad?
No, it's not.
It's not.
Yeah, the world has changed.
Okay, we know that.
More fast food than ever before.
There's more junk to eat than ever before.
You know, I mean, it's everywhere like that.
There's just so many places to go wrong with how we take care of ourselves.
And like I said in one of the previous shows,
is we only have so many meals in a lifetime.
You know, every time I say that, it blows me away.
You know, I got that from Spirit.
Spirit told me, hey, look, remember, there's so many meals in a lifetime
you want to make your best at.
I'm like, what are you talking about?
So I said to spirit, like, what do you mean?
You're scaring me.
You mean we don't live forever?
So when I was younger and I heard that from spirit, when I was eating something I shouldn't have been eating, spirit, you know, hit me on the shoulder and said, whoa, whoa, there's so many meals for a lifetime.
So let's start making them good now.
And I was like, I was like shocked.
And so we have to get the meals right for sure.
But it's not just about what we're eating, though, because there's people out there that are eating anything they want, like I mentioned earlier.
I mean, they can eat all the stuff, the poison, all the toxic garbage they want to eat, and they're still holding out.
What's the secret?
What is it?
What's the secret to how this works, to how this clicks into gear?
Well, let's talk about it. Let's talk about like the differences.
Even though the world's changed and there's more junk to eat than ever before,
there's other things going on in our body that have gone a different direction than it was in the past.
Because years ago, people were actually thinner.
You know, you can look up stats and try to check it out, go back in time,
I mean, you'll see back in whatever the 30s or 20s, people, you know, didn't have the whole obesity thing and they didn't have the weight issues so much.
There always was there always were people struggling, but wasn't as severe.
And now, you know, and then there's theories now we sit on the couch too much.
You know, we said we never used to sit on the couch back in the old days.
No, we sat in rocking rocking chairs.
We sat on couches in the old days.
Something else has been changing and occurring throughout this process.
And one of the secrets is our livers.
Yeah, our liver.
You know the liver.
You know where it sits?
It sits right there, the diaphragm, right underneath that last rib,
kind of on the right side a little bit, runs across the middle going up.
The liver, yep, the liver is the problem, one of the problems.
And there's what I call the Holy Trinity.
There's three problems now, three problems that we deal with now more than ever before.
And it's why we're struggling with the weight game.
Someone else is doing okay with their weight.
Someone else isn't.
Someone's dieting.
Someone's doing no carbs.
Someone's doing whatever, low carbs.
Someone's doing this, that.
And it's a game and no one can put their finger on it.
And so the holy trinity of what that problem really is, is liver's one of them, thyroid's the other, adrenals are the third.
These are the three big ones.
What's the biggest out of all three?
It's the liver.
but so many people have undiagnosed liver conditions.
This is the secret, one of the big secrets here.
You see, you've heard of a fatty liver, right?
We've all heard of a fatty liver, right?
And hey, but wait a minute, I wasn't diagnosed with a fatty liver,
so that's not me, no way.
That excludes me, Anthony, because, to Dr. Dayton, we did the tests.
There was no fatty liver present.
He said I was clear, but my weight's still hanging in there.
It's still on.
There's undiagnosable.
It's stealth, fatty liver.
It's under the wire.
It's there.
And it doesn't become noticeable at the doctor's office until the stuff has hit the fan,
where, oh, it's pushed over the edge.
and now we're in like a danger place or not a good place.
Now listen, your liver is still a good liver,
even if it's diagnosed as a fatty liver at the doctor's office.
You still have a great liver.
It's still redeemable.
It can still heal.
It doesn't mean technically a real liver disease,
so don't panic.
It's not it at all.
It's just that it means it's gone south a little too far,
so the weight is going to be cranking.
It's going to be keeping up.
But, hey, if you don't get that diagnosis of a liver, fatty liver, then wait a minute, you know, does that mean there's something else?
No.
What happens is the fatty liver has different stages and different phases, and you're not going to hear that anywhere.
And there's the whole pre-fatty liver condition.
That's what it is, a pre-fatty liver condition.
And someone at age 30 may have a mild pre-fatty liver condition, but it's not really kind of coming on quite yet, hasn't really cranked up.
But for some reason, when he or she reaches age 38 or 37 or 35, the weight starts coming up mysteriously.
when the diet hasn't changed, the person may still exercise.
When nothing different is going on in their life, it's been all the same.
And the weight's cranking up.
Pre-fatty liver condition.
See, everybody has a max out point, just so you know.
This is really important.
The liver has a max out point when it says,
and the body has a max out point when it says,
oh, man, we're done.
You can't, this has to be addressed.
So we're going to be stacking on the pounds now.
We're going to be stacking on the pounds.
If this doesn't become addressed, if this doesn't become looked at,
if this isn't taken seriously, there's this max out moment in our bodies
where the weight starts to come on.
And you won't get that fatty liver diagnosis.
There are millions and millions and millions of people with this pre-fatty liver condition.
And someone may not have the pre-fatty liver condition until age 50 or 55.
I hear that all the time.
I hear that all the time from people.
Wait a minute.
I've been great up until 55.
And that's where it's starting to come on.
That's when the weight's coming on.
come on, what's changing? Well, that person's liver decided to say, it's time now. And some
people are hypersensitive. You know, we come into this world, we get intoxicated early in this world
and the liver may have a different time card on it. Doesn't mean a bad thing. It just means it
may max out earlier where it says, okay, we're overloaded. We're sluggish now. We're stagnant.
where stagnant, sluggish, lazy liver doesn't mean the person's lazy.
I've seen people with pre-fatty liver issues and fatty liver issues
work their butts off in life.
They are far, far from lazy.
People that never even sit on a couch, you know?
And so it's not about the couch.
It's not at all.
And see, the thing is with the liver, it's like this. It holds this precious, vital glucose storage. It's fuel inside the liver. It holds a sugar storage. Whoa. What did I just say? I said a bad word. I said sugar. That's number one.
It holds a sugar storage.
It holds a bank of it.
That bank that it holds, like Fort Knox or whatever, like the bank, that's gold inside that liver.
And it runs out early in people.
And then the fatty liver develops.
That's right.
Sugar stops your liver from becoming a fatty liver.
I'm not talking about chocolate cake with all this table sugar in there and butter.
Just don't get me wrong.
butter and everything else, lard in there and lots of different sugars and sweeteners and garbage.
And, you know, the worst wheat on the planet all combined, you know, right after the greasiest,
you know, buffalo chicken wings you can possibly imagine with the syrup on top and whatever the hot
sauce is made out of straight oil from planet Mars. You know, I'm not, I'm not, you know,
It's like it's what happens is I'm not talking about those sugars and those kind of bad sugars and those bad elements.
The liver needs this precious, vital, gold-like storage bank, and it loses it.
Loses it in a lot of different ways.
Years of not eating enough, grazing enough.
Years of eating three meals a day and not eating in between meals.
like little meals in between.
And, you know, college days where you're eating once every seven hours,
because no one tells you that you really need to be eating every two hours,
and this blows out all of that precious reserve.
So there's a lot of things that can make it so we lose this sugar storage in the liver.
and until that gets built back up,
you won't have the up and down.
So that sugar is there to protect you
so you don't get diabetes.
Your liver holds a storage bank of sugar
to protect you,
to release it into your bloodstream,
to protect your pancreas
and help you in any times of need.
And it runs dry.
It runs dry in different people.
It runs dry at age 30.
It runs dry at age 35.
Everybody's different
because they're all different.
We're all different.
No one's the same. We have all, you know, things in life, in our physicality, all parts of us we have relations to.
We're related. The human race is related to itself.
We're all connected. We're all plugged in to ourselves right across the globe.
So even though every single person is different, there are certain things and aspects of us that still run similar.
There's similarities and there's relations.
And this whole liver, if you're a human on planet Earth, you have this liver.
It's the storage bank.
So what that means is the diet has to be better to restore your liver.
Do you think anybody gets a fatty liver from too much fruit?
Or do they get a fatty liver from too many vegetables?
Do people get a fatty liver from too many leafy greens?
Do people get fatty livers from too many strawberries?
You know, where do we get this fatty liver?
How does it start breaking down?
One reason is this gets intoxicated.
Because the liver is your filter.
It's filtering, it's filtering, it's filtering.
That's another reason is we tend to eat a high-fat diet.
Whoa, I said high-fat, but there's a lot of trends in fads
that want you on high-fat.
Fats are good.
Yep, fats like the ones with the DHA and the omegas,
omega-3s in them, avocado fats, those are good.
really lean, lean proteins. They're safer. Fish, lean fish, white fish are safer. They might have
other poisons in them like metals and stuff. But the point is, is that we tend to eat a lot more
fat than we need a lot more in so many other ways. So you want to switch your fats around. You want
to get the fats that are much easier on the liver. You want to get the avocado. The avocado is a
little better. You want to go with coconut oil, right? That's a really good one. Different nuts
and seeds are actually really quality fats. They don't burden the liver so much. We tend to have,
some people come to me, well, I'm eating really good. I'm eating nuts and seeds and I'm having
my chicken three times twice a day and I'm having bacon in the morning, but I'm doing some nuts and
seeds beforehand. And I'm like, all of that is too much fat on the liver. So basically,
some people can do, you know, they have a system that's not as sensitive and they can do much more
fat and they won't get that fatty liver. But what I'm saying is if you think you have a liver that's
sluggish, you know, out there, you feel you have a liver that's sluggish and stagnant, lower your
bad fats, you know, keep the real bad fats out, keep the lard, keep the grease out, you know,
keep all that, keep fried foods completely out. That's, that's for sure. 100%. But, but if you're
really having a weight issue and really think your liver is stagnant, even lower your animal protein
fat consumption a little bit has nothing to do with what I like, whether I like animal proteins
or not, or anything else has nothing to do with it. There's information that comes from spirit.
And if you think so, then do an animal protein once a day.
I've seen it change everything.
You do an animal protein once a day, and you mix it up.
You get more fruits and vegetables, more leafy greens, a few more nuts and seeds,
some almond butter, some avocado, and then those strawberries,
those other berries that we're going to talk about, raspberries, blackberries,
and you mix it up.
You get some different sugars that are from high-quality sources,
Even avocado has really high-quality sugar inside of it.
That's the type.
That's the fruit sugar is what I mean, that fructose inside the avocado.
These things protect the liver because it's about the liver getting regenerated,
replenished as fast as possible with that lost glucose reserve.
And so that's all part of the liver and how we have to,
and we're going to talk about rejuvenating the liver in a minute.
Thyroid, too.
Thyroid is another thing.
See, some people have all three things going on, thyroid, adrenals, and liver.
Some people just have thyroid and liver going on.
So a little bit of a hypothyroid, which we're going to talk about the thyroid,
a really intense show next week about the thyroid.
We're going to go really crazy, go into it,
and there's nothing I'm going to hold back on that thyroid show.
But so thyroids can be a problem too.
So some people have a fatty liver, thyroid condition, and adrenals are underactive because they've been pushed so hard.
One way they've been pushed is not eating regularly, not eating every couple of hours, not grazing and snacking to keep that blood sugar up.
And then because when that blood sugar drops, the adrenals flood and dump a ton of adrenaline in the system and in the body, throws everything off.
And so everything gets out of whack.
The endocrine system gets out of whack.
Pituitary, thyroid, it all goes haywire, pancreas.
And so the bottom line is we want to kind of clean up all three of these things.
The big one is that liver.
That's a big one that really gets people and nips them in the butt.
And so you want to protect that liver.
So what can we do?
What can we do for it?
Lemon water, you know?
Well, you've heard lemon, not lemon water before.
That's not a secret.
There's nothing new about lemon water.
But do 16 ounces first thing in the morning, cleanse that liver?
It's not a secret, but if you don't do it,
if you don't do the lemon water once a day and you forget,
and then weeks and weeks go by, then nothing's getting done.
Celery juice, cucumber juice, and parsley juice.
I really like the combination for the liver for this, for weight loss.
You do part celery, part cucumber, part parsley juice every morning.
This combination, Spirit, has never let me down about with weight loss.
So focus on having that, incorporate that in.
That's a great combo to purge the liver and also feed the liver.
Cucumber juice has glucose in it.
Well, it has sugars in it.
It has vegetable sugars.
It's really a fruit.
Cucumber is a fruit.
It's a fruit sugar.
And a cucumber.
Gets it, the liver loves to draw it in.
And at the same time, the celery juice and the parsley loves to purge the liver.
That's a great technique.
Berries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, wild berries.
Wild berries.
Look, you know, this is the season right now.
Well, you know, here in North America, whatever, this is the season for wild berries.
Look out for them.
Maybe you'll have that chance to go, you know, looking or foraging.
You know, look at, you know, anywhere down an old dirt road somewhere.
And, you know, there's different places.
I've seen wild berries grow in parks.
I've seen them grow in parks where I'm like, oh, my God, look at these wild black raspberries.
How did these get here?
Look out for those.
Go to farmer's markets.
You know, farmer's markets, sometimes they're offering wild berries.
Antioxidants are through the roof and wild berries.
That cleanses the liver, rejuvenates the liver.
I've seen wild berries, just a small portion, completely redirect where the liver is going.
No matter what diet you're on, no matter if you're on the highest fat diet possible.
And just don't be afraid of the sugar in berries, the fructose in berries.
You're not going to get a fatty liver from sugar in berries, in wild berries.
You're going to get a fatty liver from something that's really, really greasy and fatty,
and it just slams the liver.
And we take that hit.
So try to balance it out.
Balance it out on all levels.
Apples, incredible for the liver.
Really is.
It's been incredible for the liver for thousands of years.
So, you know, look for apples that have, we're afraid of the apples that have red skins.
We're afraid of those Fuji apples.
We're afraid of those Braeburns.
We're afraid of them for no reason.
So we think there's too much sugar in those apples, so we go for the green apple.
That's ridiculous because the health benefits of the green apple doesn't touch the health benefits of that silly red delicious.
You know, I'm not a big fan of the red delicious apple in the sense of the taste or flavor, but it's one of the healthiest apples around.
And it's actually a miracle food.
So, you know, grab different types of apples.
You could do the green ones if you're really, if you have a phobia about too much sugar in foods, you can still go with the green apple.
But you got to mix it up.
You have to have all these different things.
There has to be a balance.
You know, you have to have your leafy greens.
You have to have all your different fruits.
There's a few nuts and seeds in there.
You have your avocado.
You can have your lean proteins.
If you're worried about weight gain, just stay away from pork, you know,
until you get yourself in a good place.
You know, I've heard people say, Anthony, you know, there's lean, you know,
there's lean white meat with pork.
There's lean pork.
No, there's no lean pork.
I promise you that.
I don't care how we paint it or what color we paint the barn.
It's still a barn.
And so the bottom line is, so just look out for pork if you want weight loss.
If you want weight to go, be careful.
Spinach, incredible.
Add to smoothies.
Add to salads.
Don't be afraid of spinach.
Don't steam it.
Don't cook your spinach.
It's not going to lead you far.
I mean, it's not going to take you in good places.
So you get raw spinach.
Have salads with it.
Throw it in smoothies.
Like I said, use that to nourish and replenish the liver.
Very important.
Supplements for the liver.
Dandelion root tea.
Can do dandelion root tea.
Incredible.
I've seen people just say, okay, I'll look.
That's overwhelming everything you're telling me.
Let me just take that dandelion root tea.
Let's do that.
I could do that, Anthony.
And I've seen weight loss in people with pre-fatty liver conditions,
mystery liver conditions.
So you do that. It replaces coffee. Better than coffee. And coffee does not, you know, heal the liver. It doesn't cleanse the liver. It really doesn't. We talked about it in that Fads and Trends and that episode. You could always go dig into the archives for that one. It's pretty funny.
Hibiscus tea.
Hibiscus itself, it's amazing for the liver, flushing the liver, the lymphatic system, the blood, the body.
Siberian ginseng.
I like Siberian ginseng because it's actually an energy producer.
It supports the adrenals.
Remember when I said there's this holy trinity?
You've got adrenals, thyroid, and pre-fatty liver condition?
You do the Siberian ginseng.
Incorporate that in wherever you can.
Tea, that's fine.
Curcumin.
It's a great one, right?
Curcumin compounds the turmeric.
That's a great one.
Helps with edema as well.
And that's another thing, edema.
I just have to tell you this.
This is really important.
A lot of times people have a lot of weight on them.
And a big part of it is swelling.
It's fluid and it's fluid retention.
It's not body fat.
So someone could be 190 pounds or 220 pounds on the scale,
but really be 160 pounds and the rest be fluid that's from a pre fatty liver condition it makes
fluid retain yeah it's it's it's it's amazing how it works nascent iodine i talk about that
one often that's for the thyroid nascent n-a-s-c-e-n-t for the thyroid it's also good for
the liver. You want iodine in the liver. That's important. So these are some of the things to
think about. These are some of the things to do while you're exercising, while you're trying to
keep the bad foods away. You know, bring some of these concepts in, some of these ideas in.
Start working on that. That's going to be really helpful. Start moving you forward. Start addressing
your pre-fatty liver. Get it in the right place and it will change. And you too can be one of
those that doesn't have to do anything and you stay thin. Not that I want you to ever not do
anything. I want you to exercise. I want you to take care of yourself. I want you to take care
of your adrenals. I want you to take care of, you know, your loved ones and take care of your
family and take care of yourself and be really proactive in bettering your life. All that's
combined with weight gain, weight loss.
So I'd say we got pretty good.
We got some good information there, and we're in a great place,
and maybe we can take on some callers.
So we'll go with Sarah, line two.
Hi, Sarah.
Hi.
I actually am underweight.
I'm about 89 pounds, and I have chronic intestinal problems,
like pyrrhizae bacteria.
And I don't know what to eat and how to eat.
And I try to eat every couple of hours.
I resurgitate a lot of my food.
And I've been trying to do the celery juice,
and I resurgitate all the juices a lot.
I just don't know how to cleanse this without getting more deficient,
and I don't really know how to eat.
Sarah, what's your diet like?
Just give me a window, too, of what you're eating.
I eat eggs, chicken.
I eat no grains, a little bit of fruit, mostly chicken and eggs and fish for my meat, smoked salmon.
I do a little bit of dairy, like usually just goat, like raw goat cheese or goat milk.
And a lot of raw juice.
And I try to do vegetable juices, but I often end up throwing it up.
And it's the same with fruit.
I end up like not being able to hold down too well.
Like the barrier that had to move.
Yeah.
From what Spirit's telling me as far as is happening is it's you're highly inflamed on the inside of the intestinal lining.
So and that inflammation is creating an inability to absorb fats and an inability to absorb protein so easily.
So even though you're eating the eggs and you're eating the chicken,
the absorption is not occurring.
But yet the inflammation is so intense that you're going to be sensitive.
So if you eat fruits that are tart, you eat fruits that are really tart and edgy or acid-y,
like something that's got a real acidic edge to it, some fruits,
you're just too sensitive because it's not that it's bad for you.
It's just that you're inflamed.
So it's like a really raw surface on the inside of that lining of the intestinal track.
And it's a raw surface.
And so it's like a rash, but on the inside instead of on the outside.
It's like instead of someone having a rash on the outside of the skin, you have a rash on the inside.
And so this is, what's your height?
Are you petite to begin with?
Yes, I'm 5'2".
You're 5'2"?
And you're small boned?
Yeah, that's what we're seeing on small bones over here.
Okay, so technically, what's the weight you want to be at?
About 100 pounds.
So you want to be 100.
So you're technically, you're basically about 11 pounds under where you want to be.
Yeah, and I like to go to hold down foods.
I have to take skins off.
I have to strain seeds out of berries.
I'll just throw off berries.
Yeah, that's because you have that internal rash is what's occurring.
Okay.
That internal rash spirit, it says, is a type of strepococcal.
It's not anything scary.
There's nothing bad.
It's way better than having anything parasitical.
Okay?
There's no parasitical activity going on in there from what we see.
No way.
Okay.
Okay.
And it's better than having a lot of candida, and you don't have a lot of candida.
I don't care what anybody says.
So that's all positive.
You just have a little bit of strep.
Strep is a natural bug.
Strepococcal is a natural bug that we all carry, and sometimes it runs amok in us,
and it inflames certain areas of our intestinal lining, our gut.
You don't have a real colitis issue, spirit says.
You don't have Crohn's.
OK, so, you know, that that's fantastic.
So you technically don't have any diseases in the gut.
So you you're in a good place to start with.
And it cheers me up because I, you know, I'm happy that I'm not seeing other things that, you know, are more difficult and and become problematic.
But can you juice celery juice a little bit of it each day?
Is it possible? Does it feel like it does it feel like it burns at all?
if you ever have straight celery juice?
It doesn't burn, but sometimes when it mixes,
it's like I'll have it on an empty stomach,
and then I'll eat two hours later,
and then I just start regurgitating the celery juice.
I can start it to about like eight ounces.
That might burn.
Yeah, if you can do four ounces, whatever you can,
so we can, number one, start building up your hydrochloric acid.
This is like, you know, not putting a puzzle together,
but building a foundation.
We have to pour the cement.
Okay.
And so it's critical to pour the cement.
So I do want for you the celery juice, four ounces a day.
Nothing's going to make you happy with what you eat right now.
Okay.
I'm just telling you.
You can have something that kind of works and doesn't one day.
Four hours later, it doesn't feel like it's working.
It's going to be a real, it's going to be a brain screw.
It just is.
It's really going to be confusing as heck, and you're just going to be like spinning your wheels.
But first things first is pour the cement.
That's building your foundation.
Four ounces of celery juice every day.
Get a little in.
It's not going to make you happy, but we've got to get it in to start building that hydrochloric acid.
That's number one.
Okay, that's to begin with.
Number two, because of the absorption issue where you're inflamed and you're not absorbing certain proteins, certain fats, we have to shoot for things like avocado, which might not make you happy at all.
At the same time, it might make you miserable.
But can you get a little bit of avocado in you?
I can, yes.
that right there is going to do more for you for absorption than if you do heavier fats.
You know, like if you do chicken and eggs, which are heavier fats.
I'm not saying chicken or eggs are bad by any means.
I'm just saying that those are heavier options that you're having problems absorbing
because the lining is so, it's so inflamed.
So you want to try to get more avocado in because it'll at least get past the lining.
What happens is the way the system works and the way the body breaks down food is different than certain.
All different foods have a different understanding of how the body communicates.
And avocado will take in.
That will go in through the inflamed linings.
It will be broken down and utilized.
So try to bring more of that in.
Get the celery juice going, like I said.
Take it from there.
Be patient with yourself.
You look really good otherwise.
Do you know about dairy or grain?
Like those dairy or grains?
You're highly allergic to dairy products.
I just would keep them right out.
Okay.
And if you're going to do a grain, if you're going to do a grain, do a potato over a grain.
Okay.
If you're going to do a grain, I would do a potato over a grain for sure.
I would do avocado over grains no matter what.
I would do avocado over grains.
Okay.
And because of the strepococcal, just do licorice tea, a little bit of licorice tea, not a lot.
You're going to be sensitive to everything.
But Spirit says, little licorice tea, little lemon balm tea, and a little bit of nettle leaf tea.
You just do little increments.
What that's going to do is Spirit says it's going to start minimizing the strepococcal.
Okay.
Thank you, Sarah.
You're really amazing, and I'm really proud of you.
Just hang in there.
You're going to get there.
Okay.
Thank you very much.
I'm so grateful.
Well, bless your heart.
Bye-bye.
So line five, Carrie.
Hey there, Anthony.
My biggest concerns right now are tinnitus and difficulty breathing every day.
Just doing a scan right now, so bear with me.
Spirit's talking at the same time I'm talking and the same time you're talking.
Okay.
Looking at the inside of the ear, so it's the labyrinth on the inside of the ear is inflamed.
So spirit says that you have a virus, and it's actually in the labyrinth of the inner ear.
Okay.
So that's what the tinnitus is.
It's a virus on the, yeah, it's a virus that's on the labyrinth of the inner ear.
What do I do about that?
You've got to make sure your zinc reserves are up or at a proper place.
So you go to your naturopath, you know, look, you know, look into some of my other shows.
I talk about different zinks and stuff, but make sure that, you know, you you know, whatever your practitioner, go to your practitioner and and work on getting a high quality zinc in the system.
You have a zinc deficiency.
That's allowing the virus.
I've been taking.
Sorry, go ahead.
I've been taking the zinc that you recommended for three years.
Really taking it for three years?
You recommended it to Valerie and I.
Oh, that's right. That's right. What's the dosage on it?
I've been doing a teaspoon a day.
All right. A teaspoon a day. Is that a large bottle or is that a tiny little bottle?
Large bottle. Mother Earth. Yeah, Mother Earth.
Yeah, it's the wrong bottle. Yeah, that's why it's not working. You have to get the concentrate.
Okay. They eat it.
They eat it.
Yeah, you're taking probably half a milligram of zinc every day.
How many times a day should I do the other one?
You have to get the other one.
It has to be concentrated, and you've got to do roughly around two dropper folds twice a day, Spirit says.
Two dropper folds twice a day.
And what about the breathing?
Yeah, the breathing part is neurological.
It's the vagus nerve.
That's what the breathing part is.
That's tension in the nervous system.
Can I do anything about the vagus nerve?
You have to get the zinc reserve up.
It's you're on a half a milligram for three years a day, which is basically is basically like, I don't know, a part of a pumpkin seed daily.
So, yeah. So get on that. Get started on that. And then let us know what's going on.
You're saying that the underactive vagus nerve and zinc will help.
That's that's that's the zinc deficiency. You have a really critical raging zinc deficiency.
If it doesn't get addressed, it's just going to be like this forever.
So you have to address that properly.
And so you just have the wrong stuff, and you're only taking a half a milligram,
if even a day, which is you can actually burn that off.
It's not even getting in there.
So make sure you get the right one and start there, and things will start to change.
Bless you.
So we have line three, Cindy.
Hello.
Hi, how are you?
Oh, I'm good.
I'm so happy to talk to you.
Menopause kind of threw me for a loop, and I was diagnosed hypothyroid just before.
And so for five years, I've been on meds for that.
And I have taken quite a bit of pain meds because of my back trouble.
And I'm wondering if that affected my liver.
I have tinnitus also.
Just a lot of different things going on.
And I was hoping you could help.
Well, yeah, you have a lot going on.
You're special.
You know, there's nothing wrong with that.
There's nothing wrong with having to get a lot of stuff happening.
Yeah, and I'm doing a little scan now.
Spirit's taking a peek.
We're seeing it.
It looks like L4 and L5 in the back.
Let me see.
Definitely.
Let me just take a look to see if it's degenerative or not.
It's not really that degenerative.
It looks like you're more inflamed versus the discs being so –
I don't see pressure, a lot of pressure on the nerve.
So are you applying heat in the morning or doing any heat to heat in the morning?
Okay.
You know, be gentle heat in the morning and cold, do a cold pack in the evening.
Okay.
You have to train that L5 and L4, the nerves in there.
You have to train those to calm down and back off of it.
If you don't do this and you're not religious with it, it's just going to be, you know, a miserable problem with the back.
It doesn't look like you have a degenerative disease back there at all from what spirit is showing me and what I'm seeing.
But you have to apply some heat in the morning, a warm pack in the morning, cold pack in the evening.
That's for sure.
That's to begin with.
Taking a look at the thyroid.
The thyroid is hypo, so there's no question.
The thyroid is hypo, so that's not going to be fun.
You're going to be feeling like you are in so many ways.
Are you doing that iodine for the thyroid?
Just, you know, like get the archive of the show, that iodine that I talked about earlier.
That's going to give that thyroid a little bit of a pickup.
Even with my level of thyroxine?
Yeah, that has nothing to do with the iodine absorbing properly in your thyroid.
So you still need a little bit of support.
Yeah, you still need a little bit of support for your thyroid.
So that's what I would do.
Start there, but definitely have that practice of applying heat in the morning and you have to apply cool at night.
Spirit says if you only apply heat in the morning, it's not going to work.
If you only apply cool at night, it's not going to work.
So from what I'm hearing here from Spirit, you have to do those and they have to be every day like, you know, like it's going to church.
Okay.
You know, like you're you're you're like you go to church every Sunday.
It has to be religious.
It has to be a commitment is what I mean.
All right.
So start that, and thank you for calling.
Could you help with my hot flashes?
Anything?
The hot flashes is because your thyroid is still hypo.
And what I would do is tune in to next week's show
because I'm going all out to work with that thyroid
and talk about everything about it,
Release all the secrets about how the thyroid works so you really have an ability to restore your thyroid.
So make sure you catch that.
Thank you, Cindy.
Bye.
So line eight, we have Erica.
Hi, Erica.
Are you there?
Let's go to line nine, Joanne.
Thank you for taking my call.
Is this Joanne?
Yes, I'm here.
Can you hear me?
Yes, yes, there you are.
Oh, okay.
I have had a problem with, well, I got scanned two years ago with an ultrasound regarding pain, like menstrual pain.
And it's at the point where it's absolutely debilitating.
And it's not only when I have my period.
like a week later, I then get debilitating cramps that are either one day, and now I have them right
now. Now it's two days. And I've taken all sorts of herbs and stuff for all sorts of things I've
tried. So you tried so many different, you have your natural doctors and your conventional doctors
and you tried so many different things. You've tried all the supplements that are out there for
reproductive. You've done all that, right? Yeah. Yeah. Because it's not the reproductive system.
Oh. Yeah. And that's what happens. I mean, I would never know if it wasn't for spirit.
I wouldn't know what it would be. I would just be like, well, this has to be a reproductive system,
just like everybody else thinks. But spirit tells me is that your colon is squishing up
next to reproductive system. See, we think we think that there's there's space inside of us.
I mean, I've heard this a billion times.
We think that there's all the space in us.
Everything is squeezed together tight.
Every single thing.
There's not an inkling of space anywhere on our bodies, except in our mouth when we open our mouth.
And what's happening is your colon is inflamed.
So when your cycles come on and you naturally swell, like the reproductive system does,
you're going to be in hot water.
So, and what's going to happen is the doctors and practitioners are all going to be pointing
to the reproductive system because they're like, wait a minute, if it's, if it's happening
during a cycle and after the cycle and, and it's, it's all hormonal, it's all reproductive
system.
That's what everybody's going to say.
But what's really happening is it's pushing up against one aggravated colon, but you don't
have a colon disease.
So if you go to another doctor, gastroenterologist, and you start doing stuff, you're not going to see a colon disease.
But your colon is aggravated.
It's inflamed.
And so what I would do is start doing like breaking down your diet, making sure your diet's better.
That's an instant.
You have to keep like dairy products out of your diet.
Give your colon a break with the dairy products.
Get wheat out.
I mean, I don't mean just you're avoiding wheat.
I mean, you avoid wheat for six months straight.
I'll do it, whatever it takes.
I'll do it.
It's critical, Joanne.
And so it's really imperative you do this or you're just going to live with this problem ongoing and ongoing and you'll see a million doctors in time.
Well, you know, whatever.
And so, but start these, get wheat out completely.
You don't have celiac, but you do have a wheat issue.
And that colon, I'm looking at it right here in the scan.
And that colon's inflamed.
And the minute your cycles start coming on, whether you're ovulating or when you're right before you're having your menstrual cycle, shortly after, this is going to get really rocky.
So make sure you start with that.
And thank you for calling.
So we have line four, Kathleen.
Hi, Anthony.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
Sure.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroid 20 years ago, fatty liver 10 years ago.
I found you at the beginning of the year.
I've incorporated a lot of your suggestions, and I'm on the path,
but I'm just wondering what we see for my swelling in the abdomen,
water retention, and my tinnitus.
You know, first of all, I see a hypothyroid for sure, so that's number one,
and I want you to stay tuned for next week so we can really cover the thyroid.
Do some of the things for fatty liver today, really important for supporting the liver.
That's critical.
Okay.
And start with that.
And listen, I'm sorry.
Try calling again on another show so I can try to find you again because we're going to run out of time.
And thank you for following me and everything else because you're going to get better.
Stay tuned for the next show for sure, Kathleen.
Thank you.
So we're coming to the end of our program.
Listen, it's all about you healing.
That's what matters to me the most.
I didn't get this gift to help me.
It wasn't intended to me.
This gift was intended to help you, help you recover, get better, and heal.
And that's what matters.
It's your health.
Without health, we don't have a lot.
Bless you.
Love you.
